Q: What is next day delivery?

A:When your orders come up to £150 at one transaction, we will supply free next day delivery.It means we will choose a faster delivering way , but we need 2hours - 24 hours submit the order, and you will get it within 2 days.It doesn't ship at weekend.

Q: Can I pick up my item at your store?

A: We are sorry to inform you that we currently do not have a high street store in Europe.

Q: Why can't I place an order?

A: We setted the area we can delivery.If you can not place an order, please contact with us by email.

Q: Do you ship to PO Box address?

A: Unfortunately no.Hangsun does not currently offer shipping services to PO Box address.

Q: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Q: When can I get the parcel?

A: UK ROYALMAIL FREE DELIVERY- 2-3 Working days.3-6 Working days to most west EU countries.

Q:How long is the warranty?

A:12 month warranty and 30 Days Money Back Guarantee from the date of original purchase.
Buyers must contact us to send the defective items back for exchange or refund within the warranty period.

Q:What the warranty does not cover

A:Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
